Current Openings
The Wellness Teacher is a curriculum delivery role. You will be in the classroom, teaching wellness across grade bands from transitional kindergarten through twelfth grade. You bring lessons to life with energy and intention, adapt your approach to meet the developmental needs of younger and older students, and help young people build the language and habits to take care of their physical, mental, and emotional health. This role is for educators who love teaching, know how to read a room, and want their work to mean something beyond a test score.
Wellness Teacher
The Site Coordinator is a campus presence and program management role. You will anchor Our Own's high school programming at one of our partner sites, building trusted relationships with students and school staff while owning the operational side of program delivery. The work is grounded in trauma-informed mentorship and Restorative Justice practices, supporting students through conflict resolution and de-escalation, youth development, wellness to workforce pathways, and community engagement. This role is for someone who knows how to hold space for young people, can run a site without daily oversight, and understands that consistency is the relationship.
